Overview
The CATVolt DualVolt 3000 is the heavy-duty sibling of the DualVolt 500: 3 000 VA (2 550 W) of continuous 220 V ↔ 110 V conversion for workshop machinery and larger imported equipment. At 12.5 kg it is built as installed infrastructure, not a travel adapter.
Connections suit both worlds: panel-mounted sockets for plug-in equipment, plus screw terminals for permanent, fixed-wired installations. Run one large load or several smaller ones within the rating.

Sizing & Installation
Size with headroom — roughly a quarter above nameplate, more for motors and compressors that surge at start-up. The 2 550 W continuous rating carries most single large workshop loads with margin.
