Why We Publish This

Anyone can claim they build lean, private, production-grade systems. We'd rather show you one. This page describes the site you're reading — the same engineering standard we bring to client work, applied to ourselves.

The Numbers

  • 0 frameworks, 0 build steps — hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • 2 server dependencies (Express and compression) — nothing else
  • 0 third-party requests: fonts, images, scripts and analytics are all served from this domain
  • 0 cookies — and therefore no consent banner
  • ~10 KB of CSS on the wire (Brotli), WebP images sized to their display slots
  • 1 small server in Johannesburg, deployed straight from git on every push

The Lead Pipeline

When you submit an inquiry, it is validated, rate-limited and written to append-only storage on our own volume before anything else happens — then a copy is posted to our private Slack so a founder reads it the same day. No form-service middleman, no CRM lock-in, no lead ever lost to a third-party outage. The founders' inbox is a password-protected page on this same server.

Analytics Without Surveillance

Page views are counted by our own server: path, referrer, and a visitor code that rotates daily and can't be tied back to a person. No Google Analytics, no pixels, no fingerprinting. We get the numbers we need to run the business; you keep your privacy. Details in the privacy note.

Why It Matters To Your Project

This is the philosophy we bring to client systems: the smallest stack that does the job properly, your data on your infrastructure, security headers and accessibility as defaults, and everything documented and handed over. If your last vendor left you with a system nobody understands, this page is the counter-offer.
